Sign up for the SO FLUFFY newsletter at sofluffy.com.pl (via the competition pop-up window promoting the chance to win PLN 1,000 worth of purchases on Instagram). To submit your entry and for it to be considered valid, you must complete all fields in the form.
2. Can I enter the competition if I live outside the EU?
Only residents of the EEA and Switzerland are eligible to enter the competition.
3. Can I enter the competition if I am already a subscriber to the SO FLUFFY newsletter?
No, the competition is for new subscribers only.
4. Do I have to buy something to enter the competition?
No, you do not have to buy anything to enter.
5. How will the winners be selected?
The winners will be selected by our digital marketing team based on the originality of their answers to the question.
6. How will we contact the winner?
We will notify the winner by email.
7. When is the competition deadline?
The competition is organised on a regular basis. It starts on the first day of each month at 00:00 and ends on the last day of each month at 23:59.
8. How will I receive my prize?
The digital marketing team will issue a gift card worth PLN 1,000, which will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form.

General provisions
The organiser of the competition entitled ‘SUBSCRIBE TO WIN SHOPPING WORTH PLN 1,000’ (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) is SO FLUFFY Sylwia Cygan with its registered office at: ul. Rejtana 4/4, 50-002 Wrocław, NIP 8992624623, REGON: 387479304.
By subscribing to the SO FLUFFY newsletter via the subscriber pop-up window on instagram.com, each participant agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the SO FLUFFY Privacy Policy.
The competition is organised on a regular basis. It starts on the first day of each month at 00:00 and ends on the last day of each month. The winner will be notified by email no later than 14 days after the end of the competition.
SO FLUFFY may, at its sole discretion, apply, interpret, revoke, change, restrict, suspend or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published as part of these Terms and Conditions.
The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any other third party.
Eligible participants
The Competition is open to persons who are of legal age and have full legal capacity at the time of entering the Competition. Members of the Organiser’s family and employees and regular associates of the Organiser are automatically excluded from the Competition.
Rules for participation in the Competition
To participate in the Competition, you must subscribe to the SO FLUFFY newsletter via the subscriber pop-up window on INSTAGRAM.com. For your entry to be valid, you must complete all fields, including answering the question ‘describe your favourite spring wardrobe’.
Only Entries submitted via the instagram.com subscription pop-up window before the Competition closing date and time will be accepted. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information you submit is true, current and complete. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition. Multiple entries are not accepted.
Competition results
Entries will be evaluated by the SO FLUFFY marketing team in terms of the originality of the answers to the competition question. The competition is not a promotional lottery within the meaning of Article 2(1)(9) of the Act on Games and Mutual Betting of 29 July 1992 (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 4, item 27, as amended) and is not subject to the rules contained in the above-mentioned Act and its implementing regulations
Prizes
The winner will receive one gift card worth PLN 1,000 in the winner’s name (‘Prize’). The gift card is valid for use in the online store www.sofluffy.com.pl for at least 12 months.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or exchanged for cash. The prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. SO FUFFY reserves the right not to select a winner.
The winner will be notified by email, so the winner must be a current subscriber at the time of the winner announcement. The winner must claim the Prize and provide additional information (first and last name) by replying to the email within 5 days of SO FLUFFY sending the message. Return of the email as undeliverable, failure to claim the Prize within this time frame, or failure to provide additional information may result in disqualification and selection of another winner.
Responsibility
The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the prize due to the winner providing incorrect details.
The Organiser is solely responsible for conducting the Competition, and Participants agree to release Instagram from any liability that may arise in connection with the organisation of the Competition.
Final provisions
These Rules and Regulations shall enter into force on 1 April 2024 and shall remain in force until the final conclusion of the Competition.
During the Competition, the Rules and Regulations will be published on the website www.sofluffy.com.pl.
