RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Would you like to return your purchase? It’s simple — just follow the steps below.

To return a product, the customer must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
You can send your return request by email to kontakt@sofluffy.pl, with the subject line “Return”.

Returned items must have their original tags attached and show no signs of wear or use. Items that are worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please take extra care when trying on your garments. Damaged or soiled items will not be processed.
Personalized and made-to-measure items are non-returnable.

Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used at checkout.

Returning Complimentary Products
If you return all or part of your order, and the remaining value no longer qualifies for a promotional offer, the free gift (e.g., a silk scrunchie) must also be returned.
If you wish to keep the complimentary product, we can deduct its regular retail price from your refund.

If you wish to submit a complaint, please contact us in any form convenient for you – for example, by email at kontakt@sofluffy.pl with “Complaint” in the subject line.
